The location was ok, easy to get to. The woman who helped us was really great, very helpful, and she had a super fun personality. The trailer had a tail light out. Plus it was hard to find, and parked behind a vehicle that would not start.
PAMELA WWhen I got into the U-Haul it was messy and smelled horrible. The alignment was really off on the U-Haul the breaks were hard but they didn't stop a well as they should have and the starter and the transmission both sounded like they were both getting ready to go out
MATTEUS CThe pick up experience was the worst I’ve ever had. It was a third-party company and they didn’t even know if they had the truck. Sent me on a wild goose chase to find it covered in ice and snow and parked behind vehicles. None of the equipment that I had paid for was inside of the truck. It took me 45 minutes just to pick up while I had movers waiting for me at my home. They then told me they could do nothing about the missing equipment and charged for it anyway before I could even pick up.
Reuben YWay to expensive was nowhere near the quotient price three times more for some unknown reason will never use U-Haul again
