There seems to be a shortage of U-Hauls at this location or any other in Wheatland Wyoming. I had to wait several days for a U-Haul. Then when my time was ready to pick it up the customer who had it extended for another day. I get this happens, but it's horribly inconvenient and cost me more expensive just to stay and wait for it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe 15' truck appeared to be well maintained, but the air conditioning quit about 4 hours into our 14-hour trip and cost us 6 hours of delays working with Roadside Assistance.
Erin HI showed up after hours to drop the truck off. My biggest complaint is/was finding the drop box for the keys. Other then that great experience
