The uhaul place was small and cluttered but the service was excellent.

Just cluttered and not much space. Never met anyone as they were closed for the weekend. I just dropped the key in the box but it was all clean and the checked ok
Charles KThis location did absolutely everything to make our accommodations but were met with the same resistance and lack of customer service as we were. It is very disappointing that the big corporations can damage small local businesses when they work so hard to serve their community. U-Haul needs to come up with better logistics that provide for customers to ensure that vehicles are available when and where they say they will be and not inconvenience the consumer.
