Although my pick up location was changed the day before my scheduled , this new location was very friendly and very pleasant to pick up at.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was garbage left in the truck from the prior renter that I had to throw out and clean.. they will also say you brought it back with less gas than you actually did. And they will say you drove it more than you actually did. I wouldn’t rent from this uhal place if I were you.
Kathleen GDropped off after hours. No cell phone service! You can't make returns, if there is no WiFi. 20 miles away I called tech support. All good - now. Also, returned 2 days early with extra gas- no refunds? A gift card? Anything?
Apollo LPleasant to deal with .Polite. Will use again.
STEVE Lthis location is mainly a garage. The truck wasn't ready when I arrived, snow covered windshield and they didn't have the Appliance Dolly I had ordered. This location was substituted for my original location that apparently didn't have a 20' truck that I had reserved.
