Experience was more than satisfactory but there was no cell service at this location so I could not use the app to self-return the trailer. (i dropped off on the w/e when they were closed) It left me feeling uncomfortable that my rental was not closed but I did email the main contact advising them that I did return the trailer. 2 days later I did get an emailed confirmation receipt for my return. I'd have rather used the app to self-return but this location is out of cell service for me.
