Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEven though the original location, I want to pick up the equipment did not have a rerouted me to the closest one from home and discount
James PThe people who work there are great - I am not sure where in the system this issue happened, but when I picked up a truck at 8am, and it did not have the handtruck or furniture dolly I had reserved, I wasn’t able to get them until the location opened at 11am. My bigger issue is with the U-Haul policy of only offering to reimburse the money for the moving tools and nothing else. Moving is already stressful enough as it is. U-Haul as a company needs to do more for its customers.
James MThe location was several miles further away from my house than the location agreed upon in the original agreement. I was then charged additional fees for over mileage.
John DVery easy process. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and I had no problems while using it for three days. Return and drop off was easy as well.
