The lady handling the rental was clueless!!! Also, had to track her down as she wasn’t at the checkout and wasn’t in any official clothing.
BARTHOLOMEW WTo begin with the location from which I rented the truck was unable to access the U-haul computer system. I was forced to walk through the entire rental process on my phone which took an hour even with the rental staff's help! As if that's not bad enough, I knew I'd be driving on a toll road and asked if I should bring my transponder to automatically pay tolls. I was told U-haul would simply charge the tolls to my credit card WITH NO PENALTY FEE. I just received a bill from U-haul for the cost of tolls, $9.84, PLUS $14.00 IN ADMIN FEES. This is outrageous! Way to take advantage of your customers...I will NOT be using U-haul in the future. And I WILL be posting this on the rental location's Google reviews.
Lori KIt took them about 35 minutes to rent me a trailer and then they also had to call to make sure they understood a few things before they continued.
