I booked a truck for pick up at 9 am. When I arrived at the location at 9:10 there where 4 other people there waiting for help. There was no one there to help customers. I chatted with customer service on haul.com, and after several attempts they finally let me know the location did not open until 10am. The uhaul website listed the hours as open at 9a, and let me book a truck for pick up at 9am. I had to wait for over an hour to pick up the truck. By the time the person showed up, there were 6 other customers there waiting. I would not use this location again, and will reconsider using uhaul after the lack of help dealing with the situation.

They were closed Easter Sunday, but I was able to get the owner on the phone and he let me take the trailer since I had already reserved and paid for it on line.

Truck was given to me on empty. When I returned the truck with a little more gas than when I picked it up , I was charged 40 dollars for gas. I was lied to by this location, do not use this facility.

I did not choose safe tow insurance when I booked the reservation. I was charged for it after the fact. I want my money back. Also, the location was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to your website.

Showed up during business hours at 5:00pm. Location closed at 6 pm. No one was there. Went online, said all could be done online and also called 800 number at same time. Connected trailer while on the 25 minute wait. Once rep came online, she said that I could not do without person to check me out. Disconnected trailer. Person pulled up behind office, said there was no reservation even though there was. MARIA in TRAFFIC on the phone was amazing! Best employee in UHAUL. Finally person checked me out - almost hour later. NOT the best experience.
