Worst rental experience EVER! Booked online and even checked in because I would be pressed for time when I picked up the equipment. Due to a computer glitch the equipment was reserved twice under my name. After charging my card I was told there was a block on the rental because I had a previous reservation that I needed to pay for. I had to call an 800 number to get it lifted before I could rent the equipment. Almost an hour later before I left. Not impressed

the details of renting any moving vehicles should be explained in more detail as i found there were a lot of costs and insurances added that might have made me just use my own truck to move. all and all it was a good experience.

I returned the truck that i took for rent. I handover the keys to the agent in store hours but the next day I received 3-4 calls from different agents and they all were asking to return the keys which I already returned with truck to and angent in store. When I strictly told them that i am coming to your store to check your security camera footage for yesterday when I returned the keys, then they said that they found the keys. It was so Disgusting when they said they will charge me for new keys even I returned the keys already.

Got there and waited almost an hour to get my stuff. I checked in online but still had to wait because some yahoo had a serious miscommunication with this location where they charged him like three times if I heard correctly. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me my keys and let me be on my way and why I had to wait so long. I lost a good hour of moving time because of this whole situation and there was a long line up of people waiting to get their trucks too. It wouldn’t of taken that long to get the line at least moving and my opinion? Deal with what you have to but keep your other customers happy and the line moving we have better things to do then wait for a pissed off client to get his personal issues with you guys sorted out.

I had been advised if my reserved vehicle was not available in Dauphin it would be offered from the closest location. It was not available in Dauphin and then I was told the size wasn't available anywhere so I had to use a vehicle much smaller. The vehicle was smoked and wreaks of smoke which made it a very unpleasant trip to have to drive an incremental 500 klms in.

I was told to pick up the trailer at the different location. I called from your Inkster location and was told that it was not in yet but to pick it up on Duffern location at 4 pm. I drove to the Dufferen location in rush hour only to be told it was at the Inkster location all of this time. I was not impressed.

I was charged $125.00 on debit and then called the next day in the evening to find out if there was any money owing back to me and was told the truck hadn’t been checked yet at 5pm. Then the next day was told I had a refund owing back to me. Today I get a call saying if I didn’t go in to pick it up within a well a cheque would be mailed out and that the place would be open until 7pm today. I got someone to give me a ride from Henderson and Edison all the way over there to get the automatic refund on my daughters bank card instead was told that a cheque was already issued the same day I was told I had a week to go. So now I’ve wasted gas driving down there and instead of getting that money back today I was told it would be a week because the cheque was sent to the address in which I moved from so I don’t even live there any more. Who ever sent the cheque caused me more headache than I would be willing to have anyone I know go through. I’m very unimpressed.

The $15 safe move charge should not be automatically charged to the renter. This should be mentioned as an option by the person working there to the customer. I rented twice in the last 2 weeks and the first time I had a vehicle for 3 days and I had to pay an additional 45 bucks and I didnt know I could of not wanted the safe move option of 15 dollars a day. The sales person should offer this to the customer and not just add this to there bill. Thanks

The in charge told me that there is tiny dent caused by me I am 100% that i am sure it did not happen within my 4 hour watch over the vehicle. It is so hard how inefficient he is and then what do you expect when a person is so very careful driving the vehicle. I am your customer for more than 2years and next time I will not use your vehicle especially with the person in charge at inskster avenue. I hate being accused very badly

I rented an equipment at 4pm on oct 13. I said I eould use it for 24 hours. When I returned it on time they said I need to be charged bec I was supposed to return it 845 pm of oct 13. We checked the contract and it indeed said I was to return it the same day when I definitely said I need it for 24 hours. I ended up paying more when I was trying to save by going to Uhaul. Definitely not going back.

terrible experience. person doing booking was rude and surly. location was changed and no effort to help out picking up van was a joke--person took a half hour to find the keys. overcharged for mileage new booking method not easy to work through. good experience in past--they seem to be getting worse not better.
