Check in takes way too long. Plus truck cargo door was frozen so we needed assistance. We lost an hour of our day due to check in time.

The guy who helped me. I think he said his name was Ryan. He said he was new but he did a really great job and was extremely friendly. Iv heard a couple negative things about this location before coming. But it was a 100/100 experience for me.

When i phoned for the first time I was able to make a reservation for pick up a cargo van and had to provide my Credit card. When I arrive at the site to pick it up on a Saturday there was only one person too assist and I was the only one there. I was advised to open my phone and answer the necessary information being asked (he should have done it himself). I had to rpt it multiple times as it was my first time till he eventually gave up and did it himself on his computer. Then he asked me to get the van key outside with the code on the padlock that he wrote on a piece of paper. Again i had a long time putting the right code , I believe he missed one letter because when he tried it , it worked for tje first time and he mentioned a diff letter to what he gave me. Car was fine but tire pressure monitor needs servicing and engine break sign still on even when I alrdy set it off, some loose connection.

Remove the online application. This process took at least an additional 10 minutes to set up. When people are moving there are a lot of things to get done and to have to sign in online and provide information that was already provided on person is redundant and a waist of time. Also, It is very intrusive to be asked for an uploaded photo of a customer. Where are these pictures going? Where are they being stored? What do you need a picture of the person if you are already asking for a copy of their drivers license? This is completely uncalled for. It is for these reasons I will NOT be using this company again in the future.

The staff and equipment/truck are great. The new system of process the rental online is a longer process. I definitely prefer to do things directly with a paper and pen in store instead of on the phone , which became frustrating.

It was my first uHaul rental experience. I wasn't aware that "picking up" my truck has to be done exclusively online so I went straight to the place, and the although the person behind the counter was nice to offer her help while I go online, I did not understand why she couldn't just have done it right then and there. It took a while to do everything online, but I do understand their need for thoroughness. I had no problems picking up and dropping off the truck online.

Worst rental experience EVER! Booked online and even checked in because I would be pressed for time when I picked up the equipment. Due to a computer glitch the equipment was reserved twice under my name. After charging my card I was told there was a block on the rental because I had a previous reservation that I needed to pay for. I had to call an 800 number to get it lifted before I could rent the equipment. Almost an hour later before I left. Not impressed

the details of renting any moving vehicles should be explained in more detail as i found there were a lot of costs and insurances added that might have made me just use my own truck to move. all and all it was a good experience.

I returned the truck that i took for rent. I handover the keys to the agent in store hours but the next day I received 3-4 calls from different agents and they all were asking to return the keys which I already returned with truck to and angent in store. When I strictly told them that i am coming to your store to check your security camera footage for yesterday when I returned the keys, then they said that they found the keys. It was so Disgusting when they said they will charge me for new keys even I returned the keys already.

Got there and waited almost an hour to get my stuff. I checked in online but still had to wait because some yahoo had a serious miscommunication with this location where they charged him like three times if I heard correctly. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me my keys and let me be on my way and why I had to wait so long. I lost a good hour of moving time because of this whole situation and there was a long line up of people waiting to get their trucks too. It wouldn’t of taken that long to get the line at least moving and my opinion? Deal with what you have to but keep your other customers happy and the line moving we have better things to do then wait for a pissed off client to get his personal issues with you guys sorted out.

I had been advised if my reserved vehicle was not available in Dauphin it would be offered from the closest location. It was not available in Dauphin and then I was told the size wasn't available anywhere so I had to use a vehicle much smaller. The vehicle was smoked and wreaks of smoke which made it a very unpleasant trip to have to drive an incremental 500 klms in.

I was told to pick up the trailer at the different location. I called from your Inkster location and was told that it was not in yet but to pick it up on Duffern location at 4 pm. I drove to the Dufferen location in rush hour only to be told it was at the Inkster location all of this time. I was not impressed.
