The employee at 1761 Sargent Ave Winnipeg. Was not friendly. Didn't print out ant paperwork for us. Email failed cause on booking the truck my email address had one letter wrong. Had to call in to find out. The employee at drop off was kind enough to print out everything. I have had very good service at Century and Regent locations in the past.Esther S.

Everything about your reservation and online system is a mess. I can hardly believe just how awful the whole thing was. What even is the point of making a reservation if you can't honour it? What even is the point if when you change it you cancel everything including the moving blankets that I asked for? The guy at the pick up location couldn't read my drivers license and told me it was expired. All the information that I gave you when I made my "reservation" including credit card info had to be give to this stranger who isn't even employed by U-haul. I was not able to get the blankets that I needed because of this whole soo-called "system." I will be sure to go out of my way to avoid having to use it and your company again.jason H.
Station attendant there could not review the truck, said the manager would come and do it. Never received a phone call from him saying the truck was fine. Next day Uhaul dispatch called to ask when I would return the truck. As well as when I picked up the truck at the pickup location this location wasn't listed, so I had to call Uhaul and wait on hold to tell them I'll be dropping it off here. Should be simpler than this.Michael L.
