Hello, Please allow me summarize may be not critical, but still concerns. 1. We spent a lot of time waiting in the line in the store. 2. The process of returning car afterhours was not easy. The web site asks to scan the barcode on the "north side of the building". We make several trips around your huge building but didn't find any barcode to scan. 3. This morning I got receipt wit h wrong fuel tank meter and charges for fuel. I already sent email to 827037_GM@uhaul.com about my concerns and picture to proof we returned the exact amount of fuel. I hope I will be paid back for wrong charges. My contract is 80125627. Please be sure my issue will be resolved. Thank you in advance. Alexander Chernyakov 2042905305

Takes way to long to pickup n drop off. As I previously went in days earlier to book 15 mins. To pickup 33 mins then to drop off sign says stay in vehicle we waited for 10 min nobody around workers were not wearing u haul clothing guy said in hitch trailer we're ur parked

I made a reservation on the phone for a cargo van and the person on the phone gave me a quote (after he looked up the exact mileage I would use) and When I went to pick up the van, they said it would cost me $30 more than what I was quoted. If I knew it would be $30 more I would have looked into renting from a competitor. I secured the reservation on the information That was given on the phone. The person taking the reservation should have been up front with me that the reservation was a quote. I was under the impression that the price I was given on the phone was what I was going to pay when I picked up the van On top of that, I stood in line for over half an hour waiting to do the paper work to pick up the van. When I finally got the keys, the person who did the paper work directed me to the wrong vehicle to take. I went back into the store and waited another 10 minutes to ask the same lady that she gave me the wrong keys to the van she told me to go to.. After I was told to go to a different van, it was over an hour until I was able to leave the lot. I was expecting to be in and out in about 10-15 minutes. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. The customer service and experience was poor to say the least.

A gated spot 2 leave my vehicle Not that any problem occurred was there on street 4 maybe 5 hrs in day time on weekday

While it was advertised that the rental was 19.95 and my online estimate was in the $140.00 range, a one day rental ended up costing $300.00. Not impressed at all, and my estimate with professional movers would have cost me less and saved pain and suffering with have to perform this small move myself. Online estimates need to be more accurate.

Simply wanted to thank the lady who helped me when I picked up the rental. As well as the lady who checked out the rental upon my return. Both names escape me however please give them praise for their professionalism and customer service.

Truck was fine, return was fine, but picking up the truck I booked online was dreadful. Customer service was non existent - I suggest you treat your customers as the people keeping you in business, with some courtesy, rather than annoyances. Rude and inefficient. Thank goodness when I returned the truck it was different staff and things went smoothly.

When I say it wasn't clean, there is no box to tick for somewhat clean. There was still some dirt in the box, & because it wasn't washed I did not notice collision damage on the drivers side door until after I was using it.

Cashier was very mean and rude, did not explain about how charges are calculated, She asked me insert my credit card and gave me the key, My bill is only $95 only but i was charged $112 and $ 4 from my credit card.
