It appeared to be very under staffed for a busy Saturday. We showed up 20 minutes before our reservation for 10am and got out at 10:30. Majority of that time was spent waiting in line. The staff were great, the people working the front desk were also the ones setting up the equipment/vehicles for everyone and it was a very slow process because of this. Need more workers to have things running smoothly, especially on a weekend.Roman H.
The "self checkout" did NOT perform as expected. The vehicle was not located where it was supposed to be, nor were the keys. It took a significant amount of time, and the assistance of two U-Haul employees to actually track down the vehicle location. And then we had to locate the keys for the vehicle. It was very disorganized, and I spent far too much time running from one end of the property to the other. Will NOT be using this again!Phil P.

The trailer connector pins were not clean causing bad connection and the lights were going out while driving. The rear right tail lamp connector wasn't connected, the uhaul representative didn't do a proper check of the lights and said everything is good when it really wasn't. I'm a mechanic and fixed the lights myself. The trailer chain were worn out scraping on the asphalt to the point the links would be useless in the case the trailer brakes loose. Safety hazard!!! The hitch towing capacity wan not checked to make sure it's rated for trailer hauling. I'm very disappointed and I will not be using Uhaul again.MIKLOS R.
There was a dirty piece of clothing in the truck even after they said it was clean(it was bright pink). I rented a truck for 10 hours and brought the truck back early, they said I was good to go, then charged me for 2 days saying I brought it back late. I called and spoke to someone after receiving my invoice by email. They said to check back if I hadn't heard anything in 2 days which I did, thet person couldn't help me and told me to call back the next day. Spoke to someone who said I had been refunded 2 days prior("maybe the email is in your spam?" Nope) But couldn't give me an updated breakdown because they don't send out a new invoice they just refund. Wished it could've been a smoother process all around.M S.

Was not able to get truck requested even with ordering way in advance. Rep who facilitated the pick up was not interested in his job. I had to search the lot for the vehicle. No inspection was done with me. Most positive part was the return of the vehicle. Extremely helpful and friendly representativeARTHUR P.
Took 2 hours to actually get the vehicle after the line and how slow the staff was. Asked for 2 dollys only got 1. Truck battery died taking returning it and took over an hour to come help me. Not impressed with this service. Then was charged for 2 dollys. I caught it on my bill and asked them to take it off. Such a poor experienceMadison S.

Waited more than 1hour before I got the truck I heard staff talking about system down. Should be more staff in as it was Saturday and month end. I can see the frustration in their eyes. But they handled everything very well. Great job for staffAhmed B.

The trailer I rented was clean and well maintained, but one of the tires was slowly leaking air. I had to refill the tire multiple times during my 2400KM cross country journey. I was constantly afraid of the tire losing too much air and going flat.Mohammad A.

The agent was difficult to understand. I didn't know about the $20 fee to return equipment after hours. He may have said it, but I didn't catch some of what he had said. I don't believe it had rained or been wet in the city recently, but it appears the the van hadn't been washed recently. As well once I was on the road I realized that the fuel reading had been overstated by 1/8. The interior of the front window was so dirty I could hardly see when driving into the sun in the evening. That is unacceptable as it is a safety hazard. The dash and radio and heater controls hadn't been wiped as well. COVID 19 concern! I don't feel that this rental is worth the $69 of my final bill. As a regular customer this isn't what I expect from UHaul. Thank you for your attention to these issues. Regards Craig SteinmannDAVID S.
