Again use the mobile app to drop off the truck easy to find where to park it. We just parked it next to other U-Haul vehicles, but did not know where to turn the key in. Drove around the storage facility multiple times and ended up having to call U-Haul to find out where the key drop was, what should’ve been easy drop off was long and complicated . Did not interact with the people at dislocation just on the phone and she was having a hard time explaining to us where the key drop off was

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady in the office was so rude I would never go back there and have to deal with her again she spoke very rudely and her manner was very disrespectful when we were there just to return a U-Haul. I would never recommend anyone to go there and be treated the same way
