It was inconvenient to pick up at this location. We had scheduled pick up in our town but was notified a few days before pick up that we had to pick it up in another town. Which was surprising because I reserved a truck 3 weeks out. Since the pick up was further from us, it put more mileage on the U-Haul truck and we were charged for 12 additional miles. If we had to drive further for pick up the allowed mileage should have increased.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck had garbage smells and residue on the walls of the cargo area. We cleaned the inside walls a bit before loading our things inside
Kaylee DVery good service.
RICHARD LAfter hours drop off.
Robert MThey overcharged me. I typically travel over 100 miles. The dealer will charge a day rate for the vehicle and a lower per-mile rate. I was expecting to spend less than $200 and it was significantly over $200. Then I got an excuse that he was not able to offer a day rate. I don't buy it nor should others.
