Jesse B.The problem was when I went to pick up in Windham and the store manager told me the trailer wasn't going to be returned. He didn't bother to call me before I made the 90 minute round trip. I called U haul and they found a cancellation 3 hours round trip away from Windham. After spending half a day running around because of U Haul mistakes, I was charged almost triple for doing a one way rental, when I originally wanted to reserve from Auburn to Auburn. Which is $65, I have rented the same trailer twice a year for years. When I contacted customer service the U Haul Customer Service Specialist said it's all my fault, because “I don't know how to make reservations with U Haul†. If this issue is not adjusted, I will not return to U Haul again. I have been a problem free return customer for years but, this was a terrible experience and, needs to be adjusted.
David P.Truck was clean and in excellent condition. At one point a kid stepped into the road in front of me and the truck stopped on a dime. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10, would recommend.
