We arrived at the drop off location during business hours. No personnel was available to assist in the drop off. There is a key drop, but very little to assist you in determining where to park, what to complete in order to drop a truck and trailer off. I was an additional driver on the contract, so i did not have access to take photos through the app, that being said, my phone number was listed as the account number to have the drop off link sent to, but u-haul still wouldn’t send it. While the rental was a success, the drop off period took over an hour do to its inefficiency and lack of assistance at the drop off location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery friendly!
CHRISTOPHER LVan was nice and clean. Renting process was super easy and the customer service was top notch
Anthony KVery helpful and quick in getting me in and out.
Jason MThe location and service was great! Easy pickup, friendly staff, easy drop off. My only issue was with the U-Haul text I received the morning of my reservation, which sent me to the wrong location. That seems like a corporate issue to me. Hope they get that fixed!
