It was after hours so I didn’t meet with any personnel-after I tried to submit it made me answer the question. You need to have an “na” as an option, there was nobody there. Also very frustrating app again. I had taken pictures on my phone at the gas station and it wouldn’t allow me to use those photos, so o had to stand in the dark and retake the pictures. Other than that the drop off was easy and good.
TRACY WThe trailer had not been cleaned and was full of dirt, debris, and other loose items. Staff did clean it prior to my leaving when asked. Also had a non-working taillight/brake light/turnsignal.
BRIAN RMy pick up experience was great. However I was told that it had 1/2 a tank of gas but it did not. It was less then rhat. I took a picture when I first got in it. When I was done, I put a half a tank in which was more then I received it with. I returned it after hours and when i received my receipt the next day, i was charged for 3 gallons of gas. I have pictures showi g both levels. I sent them both and told thwm I was disputing the extra fuel charge. Will see what happens. I need to rent another truck later this week. Depending on the response I get will determine where I rent it from.
