When I called to get a truck they originally told me I would save $30, just make sure I bring back the truck with the same amount of gas I started with. The truck was on 40 miles to empty, I brought it back with 80 and they charged me instead saying it was supposed to be 1/4 tank. That's a horrible miscommunication by U-Haul and that's honestly bs

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I started the original rental, the engine light remained ON and did not go off. I walked back to the gas station office from the lot, reported this condition and was told this was not a problem and told to take the truck over my objection. The brakes were spongy and we contacted UHaul Roadside Assistance which did a terrific job arranging a replacement truck and transfer of the load after towing to a UHaul dealer. The transfer crew did a poor job, in our opinion, but it was raining so they backed the trucks up to each other to transfer. Uhaul should take remedial steps with H&A, as it's dispatching us co$t both us an UHaul time and money.
