Horrible customer service this man would make me want to not recommend U-Haul to anyone at all ever also I was supposed to receive a $40 credit we shall see if I even get that back he was very rude told me if I spoke one more time that he would not rent me the truck and he yelled at my senior citizen parents don't just don't bother with this guyMary M.

It started to leak radiator fluid so a put on new clamp and added fluid so we could continue move,I notified uhaul and was told thanks return time was moved to 7pm for lost time with breakdown. When returning truck at 5pm paperwork did not show free extension do to mechanical issue.took 25 minutes or more time to explain to worker of the issue while on hold with uhaul whom never did answer and I hung up after 30 minute hold. The only problem was that I ordered a furniture dolly and received a utility dolly instead. I did not notice until I arrived at the house to move. I did not need a utility dolly as I already had one.sharon S.

I did the 24/7 service and it took me 10 minutes to open the lock that the key was in. It was very hard to do and very frustrating. A simpler lock would be better.Angela K.

The truck was relatively new and so in pretty good shape. However the windows were filthy, and there was trash in the cab. I ordered 6 furniture pads, and only 3 were provided.Phillip B.
The interior of the truck had something spilled in the cup holders and the center console, I cleaned it up. I am just really surprised that in the age of COVID-19 that someone would not have wiped down the inside of the truck. I brought my own supplies and wiped it down. Other than that and I was unable to upload photos into the app to document the muddy tires when I picked up the truck. I am not sure I would fool with using the app in the future, it took like 25 minutes of my 4 hour rental to try to get the app to work correctly. Also the fuel gauge was on 3/4 tank when I picked it up, I returned it with 7/8ths. Luckily I brought back more than I thought it needed because the paperwork showed 7/8ths of a tank while the gauge was at 3/4.Geoff P.

The representative was not able to correct the contract as discussed. When originally booked, I did not select to add the $14 insurance but the contract printed with it on. I believe that the location added it trying to slip it by me. They were then unable to remove it.Nathan D.
