SCAM ALERT!!! He charges for the insurance even though I declined it. Then he acts like he didnt know. And tells me system does it automatically. I see that, looking at reviews here and google, I am not the first person. I would ask Uhaul to either train the owner how to operate your system or remove him from your system. I won't be using that store at all.

Didn’t have most of the items I needed
MICHAEL OThe only problem was there was a $15 charge for protection that I did not notice until later. I declined all extras and only did the rental plus mileage. Not sure how that happened.
