Would not accept truck. Told me to take the truck to a different location. Very rude.

I was supposed to get a dolly and furniture blankets but when I picked up the truck at 7am there was nothing in the back of the truck.
Kyle GVery friendly and nice in store. However, truck was smaller then I expected and I lost space with large tire wheels inside truck. That should be noted on description. I ended up having to make two trips rather then one!
WENDY NI would like a full refund please the truck had a bad starter and battery plus it needed to front tires that had to be replaced in a parking lot please just give me a full refund thanks
