The Locations were very helpful, The U Haul 1-800 number was horrible. Could not get any help AT ALL, Never got them to Pick up the phone.BRUCE L.
The light was broken on one dolly and the strap was messed up on the other. The people working were extra kind though which is why i would dafs this an excellent experienceAngelina G.
It was not this locations fault. It was your cooperate people and .the fact that the field manager WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. THEN TRAFFIC ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON THE LOCAL AGENT .RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME . I ACTUALLY STOOD IN THE OFFICE FOR 1 HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE I WAS DONE. ALSO THE RATCHET ON THE WHEEL STRAP ON THE DRIVERS SIDE DID NOT STAY TIGHT. HAD TO STOP EVEY 2 HOURS TO TIGHTEN IT . THE OWNER AS T THE DROP OFF . SAID HE WOULD FIX IT .I LITTLE TOO LATE FOR ME...Cynthia M.

The cabin of the truck appeared clean. However, I had a headache most of my drive due to the smell of dirt coming from the A/C vent.anabel O.
I picked up the truck the only 26 foot they had. I didn't travel a mile before the truck was smoking from the engine and the a/c was not working. I called Uhaul and was given the run around. I was told someone would come out to check the truck in 2 1/2 hours. After they didn't arrive I called again and they told me to give them another half hour. I waited for another hour and called again. Customer service told me the person who was suppose to go was not answering that they will get back to me.The initial call to customer service was at 8 pm Finally at 3 am I was told that I could go get a replacement truck that was 50 miles away. I drove to the location and they said they had no knowledge of the replacement although I had a text message from Uhaul saying I had a replacement. When I returned the truck in San Antonio they charged me $30 extra for mileage although I had to drive 50 miles to pick up the replacement truck.Armando G.

I paid $220.00 for a truck plus $100.00 deposite they dint refund the 100.00Richard G.
I first called the central line. felt like they only wanted to close the reservation even without meeting my needs. Representative was going to call, but never did. Called directly to Zapata News and people there where really nice. Although it seems they needed more training on the computer. Which it was ok no big deal there. But now Im being charged a Ez fuel charged of $26.60. When the truck was given to me with 3/4 of a tank and I returned it with 7/8 of a tank. Maybe this is a human mistake or lack of attention or training. I remember seeing another truck just like mine 15 footer that was returned also on Sunday maybe that one had the 1/2 tank that they say on the receipt that the truck had. I have Pictures of the tank capacity at the time of return. And a witness that was picking me up. Please have this issue resolved and the amount returned to my account. Thanks Sergio RamosSERGIO R.
