ALGIS SThe reason for my mediocre review was not the location, but you’re stupid U-Haul app and mobile pick up. It sorely needs to be revamped with more explicit instructions.First of all, U-Haul has to totally redo their online reservations as it ended up being the biggest pain to do. Thank heavens there was a person there when we picked up. He was very nice. But you need to have better instructions as to what the mobile app requires. I even watched the YouTube video and it was obviously inaccurate. The truck wasold, fairly dirty inside, was showing it’s 140k miles but it got the job done. Guess I can’t complain given the price but you asked.
