Customer service was good
Michael M.I used the phone check in/out. I wasn't aware that I would be asked for someone's name and number for whatever reason. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have started the pick up session earlier than when I got to the lot. It took twice as long to get the truck and return it. I'm also still waiting for my receipt, 24 hours later
