While the staff at Lucky's were fine, uhaul in general seems to suck. I made my reservation more than a week out and the day before moving I got an email message saying my truck was 35-40 mins in another city. That didn't work because I planned to walk to the pick up. I had no other ride alternative especially on short notice. I took the biggest truck Lucky's had, which was t big enough for all my stuff. Not only did the pick up location change, but when it came time to choose a drop destination. It wouldn't let me choose anything near my moving locale. Closest was a half hour or more away. Sorry I'm not burning my time and gas delivering uhauls trucks to where they need them. You used to employ drivers to do that, not customers. This is a service right? So Lucky's assured me I can drop at any uhaul location. Which I did right down the road from my new location.
