First, U-Haul change the location for pick up without consulting me, which was a big problem. Second the cabin smelled extraordinarily like smoke. As if somebody had just left and have been smoking in it for days. It also smelled like body odor. There was no cold air coming out out of the vents in 100° weather on a 7 1/2 hour drive. neither the person at the pick up center or the person at the drop off order Center cared at all about my experience.
Meredith BQuick friendly service. I've used other Uhaul rentals in this city and they paled next to the Nob Hill Uhaul. Would definitely use this location again.
