Amiee L | Expérience généraleOnsite manager is very helpful and friendly
Kyle S | Expérience généraleI rented here for years. Was a great facility. But a 20 percent increase on rent is flat out unacceptable, and unethical. I would not recommend anyone rent here as the policy to increase rent at up to 20 percent at a time is insulting.
EVAN D | Expérience généraleAlthough I didn't end up renting my storage unit from Nob Hill Storage due to myself not taking the correct measurements of my camper which ended up being too big for the space provided,I was very pleased with the consideration and thoughtfulness of Ms. Tiana (if I'm spelling her name correct). She called and made me me feel welcome from the start. I rarely get to meet such a kind soul. I will definitely recommend Nob Hill Storage to anyone and I thank you very much for the kind experience.
Robert A | RéservationServices from start to finish we're outstanding. Tiana, and Teri we're helpful, insightful, extremely courteous and professional. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the process to secure a storage unit was smooth and effortless! what a tight operation.
Terry d | RéservationPerfect. Receptionist fantastic! Made the whole Process a breeze.
Michael N | RéservationStaff was always accessible, easy to communicate with and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience storing here. Would recommend to anyone.
Sarah M | Expérience généraleStaff extremely helpful
VIRGINIA H | Expérience généraleStaff is beyond professional, efficient, friendly and helpful!!!
JANA H | Expérience généraleI liked having access to the 3 flat dollies. Although, sometimes there were none available due to all being used.
CONRAD H | Expérience généraleWhat a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the building and units are. For the same price at other places (or more!) with sketchy neighbors and critters, NOB HILL STORAGE was the best choice ever. I felt my things were safe. I totally recommend and if I need a storage I'm going to come back! Friends who moved me in & out said outright they will also consider NHS if they ever need storage. Thanks for everything!
