THOMAS PThe Air Conditioning went in / out and was out for the entire 7 hours that we crossed west texas-it was a miserable ride. There was a sticker on the dash that said "A/C is designed to turn off during hard acceleration, SAVING FUEL!. (The A/C didn't work when we were coasting down hills either) We called and were transferred multiple times and no one was able to tell us how to turn the feature off. It was a truly miserable ride and the Uhaul we found on the route did not have repairman.
Elizabeth FThis location is at the end of a cul de sac in a sketchy neighborhood. The parking is inadequate, and maneuvering a 26’ truck with auto transport trailer around the other uhaul trucks and trailers, then between cars parked on either side of an already narrow road, and past the un housed people doing IV drugs was a challenge to say the least. THAT SAID, the women working at this location were kind, courteous, and more helpful and informative than any one else I interacted with.
