It's a terribly unusual location for a first impressing. The initial employees upon arrival were very nice, but didn't do a walk thru of the vehicle, which isn't necessarily that important, but seems that would add to ensuring quality customer service in case there are unknown questions that arise. The employee upon return was not polite at all and very brief, lacking any sense of customer service. The 1-800 number had an automated message that made it seem that extending the time of use would have been a very simple thing to do, but I was unable to request additional time and was extremely rushed being told that another family was expecting the truck immediately. Overall it was not a good experience for an important moving day.
