The entire staff were courteous and very professional. They made the experience for my wife and I a pleasant one. They truly made my renting a uhaul an awesome experience.When I picked up the uhaul, i didnt have to wait, it only took minutes and I was on my way. This was very helpful because we had our newborn baby in the car.I will use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank You!

The email with instructions on turning on the new hall came to me the day after I returned it I had called in to tell them I was gonna return the U-Haul same day she said no problem there was nothing I needed to do just turn it in and drop off the keys at the facility that was closed on Saturday Sunday I got the text that was inappropriate because I'd already turned over the you haul Sunday I called and he said no worries there's no problem just continue as you had planned on Monday I get copy of the Bill and it says I was charged for an extra day which in the end I wasn't charged for but that's not the point I didn't have the you haul an extra day so I want that information removed I think the bill should be accurate and they should state what exactly happened I think better notes should be taken so they're on the account when I called today she said there's no specific notes as to what I said are what the account what I had talked to with the people who were helping my account.

If you Rent a truck at 5pm and cashier tells you Return will need to be 8:30am the next morning so it can be rented out by 9am to someone else. Because I said I need to move a bed it will NOT be a day rental and told you will be charged if you are returning it late. My confirmation said otherwise but was reminded before I backed out to be back by 8:30am

The new policy of taking a photo of your driver's licence on the clerks cell phone is definitely a privacy, safety, and personal information issues. Why not write down Licence # on a form like they have done for the past 70 years.

Well some white guy was ok till the end. Then he started calling me homie. I think at that point I felt uncomfortable. He got mad because I had him print a receipt for my bussiness. I dont appreciate him calling me homie. That messed everything up.

Everyone there was really nice, helpful, and professional. The truck worked great. Regarding the corporate process that Uhaul has: I didn't like being asked to use my phone to take a picture of my ID when I'm standing right in front of the gentleman trying to check in. My ID was right there in front of him on the counter, but he sent me 2 text messages and said for me to click the link and take a picture of my id. The link didn't work so he went ahead and took the pic of my id with his phone. I have rented many times in the last few months from other locations and this doesn't happen at those. It was just an odd step that kind of seemed wasteful. My ID is on the counter...don't ask me to take a pic of it for you. The online return was kind of ridiculous. "Take a picture of where you parked the truck so that other families renting it can find it." "Take a pic of the inside ...is it clean enough for the next family?" Oh yes! Like the employees aren't going to move that truck, check to make sure it's rental ready and pull it around for the next "family." Expecting people to take all these pics...the inside of the cab, cargo area, and where the truck is parked is a bit much. Yes, I cleaned the truck out. And if not, you have my credit card and will bill me an extra cleaning fee...just like if the gas isn't full. All the pictures...it's a bit much. Besides...someone could take a bunch of pics and upload them, then toss a bunch of garbage into the truck just for spite. Seriously.
