Upon pickup, owner was very lost. The trailer/truck area wasn't plowed. The owner made me go in and out 3/4 times and then had me drive in front of the station to get the plate because he didn't want to come out. On the other hand, upon drop off, Christine did all the check ups and confirmed the receipt of the trailer within 2 minutes. She helped me out with everything and was so helpful, she was really nice and upbeat. She makes me give this a positive review and I'll make sure she's the one who's there when I need to pick up a trailer or a truck.

Mostly good in general
Martin RIt took ages to get the truck, in the morning and we had to clean it off with our own brush to find the truck number Also the windshield wiper on the driver's side didn't work properly.

I reserved a 20 foot truck. but because the keys are put into an outdoor drop box it was frozen and they couldn't get the box open. they immediately offered us another truck. They only had smaller ones and made all the adjustments. we were still able to get an early start on our move. we are very satisified.
