I was charged a bogus add on rental fee that was not disclosed before renting. And then I was charged an extra $10 that is not listed on the bill. I would not rent from Uhaul again. Try Penske or another rental company. Uhaul took my online reservation, then when I got to office in Placentia, I had to redo another reservation with all the same info I had already signed up with and after all that time wasted, I was told I had to go to the Lakeview office to pick up. Once at the Lakeview office, I was told "I'm so sorry we didnt know you were coming so I'll let you take a larger truck no additional charges". Meanwhile, I'm driving extra milage to pick up and return truck twice the size I need and that was sitting in Placentia Uhaul lot. Talk about getting scammed and overcharged.

ROBERT BThe person who checked out the vehicle did not inform me of a cleaning fee of $25? I want to personally see this car cleaned. I have used U Haul all the time with trust and dignity and accountability. Since I was not informed of the cleaning fee I would like this to be credited to my account. Thank you.
hamed nThe biggest disappointment was the U-Haul web page. The camera pictures were always stuck uploading. The uploading starburst symbol would not complete the upload. After several minutes and a couple attempts and showing the owner , we left. The owner said this is common. Big disappointment to the upper management and IT department.
