Well first off when we got the truck there was a broken shelf still in it no big deal I didn't care we just threw it out with our own garbage but he didn't check the mileage when I came back I gave him the amount entered into the computer incorrectly you guys charge me 300 and something miles when I only went like three hours oh no maybe three or I think I had it for five hours I just paid it with my bank they're looking into it I called U-Haul several times but I'm always on hold forever so I'm going to try calling I have used you guys I do not know how many times from just renting a regular pick up trucks to actual U-Haulâ€˜s never had an issue but you guys overcharged me byTAMMY P.

Wanted to rent a car transport. Waited in line in store over 30 minutes with clerk only helping 1 person since i arrived. When finally helped, was told no rentals available until Monday. Clerk Not able to search nearby locations for availability. I Was given a phone number to call. Walked out of the store called from the parking lot and was able to rent the car transport from this location over the phone right then. Uhaul called to ask me to drop the truck off at a different location. We went to the location. Uhaul was then going to charge us double for dropping off at the location they asked me to. We took the truck to the pick up location and they were very kind and helped us.Vicki B.
First it appears that soda had been spilled by the cup holder over the transmission tunnel. I requested my rental location to be by my house the Main Street and Lindsey and it was transferred 25 miles to the location that did the rental. Good way to squeeze more mileage money out of a senior citizen. Up to this point I have had lots of UHAUL rentals and I am doubtful that I will rent from UHAUL again. And I am referring your actions to the Arizona Attorney General for possible fraudROBERT B.

I got a call the night before I was to pick up my uhaul that my pick up location had changed to a place 30 miles away (I had pre-paid for my uhaul) . We had to pay an uber to drive us there. I had also pre-paid for 10 moving blankets and they had none available at that location (was told I could come back the next day and see if they had some). The interior of the cab was filthy, I had to stop and buy cleaning products and paper towels to clean every surface that had white sticky stuff and coffee and chocolate on them as well as the interior of all the glass. The bed of the truck had gravel in it that we had to sweep out before we could put anything in it. Extremely upset with this location.TODD S.
Post in the contract when special holiday hours apply and when the time officially ends. To me, if there is a day that falls out of â€œnormal business hoursâ€ it should be stated on the contract. Nowhere on the contract that I saw was I made aware that hours would be shortened, there was no conspicuous signage at the uhaul booth that I was aware of, and the uhaul inside the main business closed before regular store hours closed causing an after hours charge to be assessed.CALEB E.
The van I rented had a lot of horse hair in the cab and the windshield was full of bug splatter, so I had to stop and clean it. The van itself was otherwise in great shape. I mentioned this to the cashier, they apologized. Before you leave the link sent after renting, If you click on the vehicle wasn't clean when you get the pictures to review it doesn't allow you to continue, so if there isn't another vehicle your out of luck. I have rented trucks literally a dozen times in the past few months to move and overall has been cost effective and conveinient.David H.
There were no trailers for rent within many miles from the requested area. I was told I could rent a truck instead. It would have been nice if we were offered a discount since there was nothing available in the 20-30.00 price range. We were charged 118.00!TODD M.
First when I picked up my truck they didn't have the blankets that I reserved. When I got home and opened the back the entire truck was filled with carts, dollys and other uhaul junk so I had to turn around and go and get a new truck all while my hired movers sat there with nothing to do while I was paying them. When I called to tell them what happened I was not offered a discount or even an apology I was told they would have another truck ready for me when I got back. Derek at shopper told me I would have to call uhaul directly and take it up with them for a discount. When I told them I am not the one who messed up and he should be the one who calls he called them. The lady from uhail was goimg to a family dinner and would have everything taken care of when I returned it the following day. Well when I returned the truck it showed I still had two out. The second truck had 1/4 of a tank when I took it out but nothing was ever signed on mileage or fuel for that truck and I was charged more money for bringing back the truck at what they said was low. All in all I need a phone call so I can get this taken care of immediatelyMICHAEL W.
Training for the sales personnel is badly needed. It appeared that they were left to learn the software etc on their own. It took two of them, working together, an hour to wait on two customers. After all that time, they did it wrong! When I got to my destination they arranged for me to deliver the trailer to the wrong state. Training. To make matters worse, the trailer given to me was dented and damaged in several places. It worked great however. I reserved the trailer for a given date at a UHaul near my starting point. They called me the day before pickup to have me pick up the trailer about 10 miles further away because they did not have the trailer I needed. When I went to pick it up they didn't have the trailer either!! They sent me 70 miles away to Apache Junction to pick up the trailer!!! I then had the encounter described above. Right now, I'm NOT a big UHaul fan. I deserve a rebate. MichaelMICHAEL S.

Retire that trailer. It's in really bad shape. Really difficult to work with. The sign at this location says they're open till seven. We got there at 10 till seven. The guy working the U-Haul desk came out and told us that they are closed for the day. When I asked him if we can just leave it and check it in online, he said â€œno, it can only be returned during their normal hoursâ€. He reluctantly checked it in, with some attitude.Brandy R.
