Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisexcellent service
Deivson MVery good service
RIGOBERTO LThe main person I dealt with was a 13 year old child, which was fine but could've gone smoother had I dealt with a proper adult. The truck we rented had a visibly deflated tire with a large nail in it. I called back to ask if it'd be possible to swap trucks, to which I was told by the child "Call U-Haul, they'll help you." and that was it. I called U-Haul to note the visibly flat tire and nail, which I paid money to fill with air, in case of any incidents. Luckily, our trip was short and didn't suffer any issues. Once I dropped the truck back off, the child began questioning me on whether U-Haul agreed to fix the truck. That was never a discussion that was had with U-Haul and it felt a bit weird being asked by the business whether U-Haul agreed to fix the tire instead of asking if there were any issues or concerns. Overall, it was fine and nothing serious occurred, it was just a slightly odd experience that I've not had with any previous U-Haul rentals. Next time I need a U-Haul, I will likely be finding a different location to use.
