First I have rented three of your trucks and the first time went OK even though the truck was old then I was told that I had to deliver after moving to Raymond the truck to Chehalis and so I had to straighten that out which I was not happy and now I was told there was a truck for me in Mount Vernon and it turns out I have to go all the way to Marysville which is 150 miles out of my way round-trip so I am not happy with U-Haul
Sally MI should have not taken the truck out of the lot, without bring to attention fuel level was not as stated by agent, it was lower than stated. I refueled it to a quarter tank above what it was when I left the lot and still was charged additional amout from uhaul.
