This experience was about as easy as it gets. Jalese helped me with everything and she was amazing. The truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again.
Judy MFirst truck had check engine light on. Was told another truck available at a close vendor, went there and nobody there. Was given a 10 footer which made me have to make 2 trips. On original resrrvation i marked 15 dollar insurance plan and was charged 30. Woman at place told us there was less than an eighth tank of gas so we should gas up quickly. Put in 50 of gas and another 20 brought truck back with more than when we left but on paperwork she gave us it showed we left with 1/4 tank and we were charged for gas. We were lied to and will never use u haul again.
