Jeff RHorrible. They changed both the time and location on me after I had already booked a truck. Their app doesn’t work- so they claimed they could change the location because of a “notice” yet I was not given a notice. The app doesn’t work for the millions of photos they expect from you. The buttons don’t work on the app and if you click on the insurance they will remove it without asking. I cannot believe they changed the location on me because that makes me responsible for the gas and the miles which would have been little to none if they didn’t expect me to drive across town to pick up the truck. 0/10
Alexandra HThe reservation process was awful! I reserved a truck at my preferred pickup location about 3 weeks out, late June. I was notified the Wednesday prior that my location would be changed to about 45 minutes away. I called to discuss with scheduling and was told someone had booked on July 11 and that had bumped me out! WHAT?!?! I was on the phone with her for at least 30 minutes and basically got nowhere. Then about 5 minutes later I received another notification saying my location was changed again. This time it was closer but still not preferred. I was also told repeatedly that someone would contact me the day prior by 5pm to confirm details. Guess what…no call! So on my way to pick up the truck I was finally able to figure out where it was. I had to make 3 calls for that to happen. The saving grace is the equipment was great. Perfect size and in really good condition. Drop off was also easy. I got the move done but the up front stress about not knowing if/where/when I would have a truck was pretty bad. I just think it could have been handled so much better.
