For the U-Haul team, could you provide more visibility into network outages for the U-Haul app and uhaul.com websites? Downdetector seems to keep track of the outages at uhaul.com, but it's hard to tell if my phone is failing, or if the backend for the app isn't working. The business was closed when we got there. Waited an hour before he showed up. Didnt help or inspect trailer's working order. Just looked at hook up. No customer service at all. Another location had helped us find a trailer and booked it for me. Cole was very helpful all the way around. Even by taking the time to answer messages that we had made it home safe.Above and beyond for Cole. The Austin MN contractor booked the trailer for 6days when I told him that I only needed 4days.SUSAN C.
They tried to give me a trailer that was filthy and had one bad bald tire. I told him that this was unacceptable for long haul trip. He then brought me to another location with other trailers and found one that was acceptable. They were not following Covid masking requirement either.BRIAN S.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when the app for the U-Haul would not allow me to check in from my phone, they took care of things over the counter. And when I needed the vehicle an extra day they made that happen very quickly, and without any hiccups.Hilary R.

The truck we rented was very dirty in the cab like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. At the time of this health crisis going on it was very disturbing. Then when I returned the truck I'm out in the rain having to take pictures.Bill C.

Dont call two days before someone needs trailers to tell them there are non in the location that they reserved them. Also you need to keep better track of your trailers. I had to call local uhaul place to find one closer to me because uhaul could not find any close to my area. They had me traveling 60 miles one way to get trailers and I needed two and the were in different directions Maybe you need more trailers! Couldn't checkin online because the link they sent didn't work and also when I tried to find my reservation online....they said I didnt have one. How do I have a reservation number then?!!Tiffany M.

In the firts case I scheduled of a rental 4 dozen of furniture pads to have a safe move of my furniture and this location don't have any. How can the company offers this service when don't have in the stock. Even I don't receive a call with time ahead that the following items don't have in the location. Start the truck an a engine light come on, I let the person know about that issues and it saids was ok and can used like that. How can have a safe move if the truck of the company rental it is not proper conditions to drive safe to any destination and could you let to an accident because the rental truck it is not on the good mechanical conditions.JUAN G.
I'm not sure how it happened but the truck we reserved at 8am was not available until 10am. The man at this location did call us in advance to let us know it got double booked.Daniel W.
Requested credit card number all over again, despite having entered it with the reservation. Truck didn't have enough gas in it to drive the miles reserves for. Location had terrible and borderline non-functional phone service to rerun credit card and address these concerns.Laura L.
