Ed was absolutely wonderful. I had problems throughout the day of my rental and I was stressing that I wouldn't be able to get the truck back in the time I'd stated. Ed called to check in on me. I told him I was having problems. He immediately put my mind at ease by extending it he rental until the next morning.
