Equipment was not ready and waiting but they loaded dolly and furniture pads quickly. There was some misunderstanding with furniture pads as when I paid for them I thought it was purchase and not rental and I was never told that I had to return them with the truck in the end. This caused issues at drop off.

The entire process was so easy and seamless from from start to finish. Ladarius, had a very positive energy and was thorough from start to finish and Alexis was friendly and quick and offered upsells to our experience. They were professional and very accommodating and quick. U Haul is very lucky to have them on their team. We will absolutely use this location again as well as spread the word regarding our great experience.

First, make sure you tell the customer if there has been a change in their pickup location when you confirm the date/time. Second, be certain to have the equipment that has been committed for a rental. Next, make certain not to tell an already upset customer that their pickup location is a preference when they were not once notified of a new pickup location. Next, try not to make an operations problem your customer's problem. It's not my fault you can't find your truck, the keys, or manager your technology. Continuing on, you shouldn't tell a customer that you've solved the problem and just need to switch out the truck when you're actually "refunding" the charge only to have to charge the customer again. We're not done yet; when a customer has been in your office trying to secure a truck for 1.5 hours (after already being redirected to your store from the location they were supposed to have picked up their truck) and you finally find a truck to work, maybe offer a discount or comp the supplies they're buying. Don't give a thumbs up and tell me to have a great weekend. No, it took two hours to secure a truck that isn't the right size, you tied up $1700 of my money, and barely acknowledge this problem - and you're the owner! This was positively the worst experience I've ever had. A broken process, terrible service, lack of empathy, inability to solve operational issues and make me feel like it's my problem. Simply awful.

I was there early to return and willing to wait for them to open. A gentleman came out to do the return anyway but probably should have put the cigarette out when around customers.

Starting mileage was entered incorrectly. Was charged for 136 miles when actual miles driven was less than 80. Will never use U-Haul again.

your online service switched my pick up and drop off location to 2 inconvenient locations. plus no one know what max travel mileage was so got charged a extra 13 dollars.

Mechanically the van was in great shape but the body had many scratches and dents already marked. I was then asked to identify new ones and discovered about six more. This process needs to be reviewed because it’s uncomfortable for the customer to take responsibility of a van with over 25 dents and scratches.

Do not coordinate contracts well with other locations. Picked up trailer at Sulphur Springs Rd. They said contract would br transferred to them. The location at Manchester rd called and told me they would charge me for not picking up trailer (Sharon). Contract originally at Manchester but I could never get through to them to verify if trailer available. Busy holiday I guess. Rented trailer on 7/5, returned on 7/7 (2 days). Charged for 4 days. Location extremely busy, asked contact what I should do with trailer. She told me to park it. I did, then left.

Better than renting from Enterprise. Like that the gas tank was full at pickup, van and windows clean. There were a few water bottles behind the seat from the prior customer.
