- Original location was switched. - No U-Haul person was there / no help. - The window was lowered and rain was entering the cab. - The back of the truck was wide open and contained trash I had to remove. - My dolly and furniture pads were not in the truck or at the location. - I had to go to THREE other U-Haul locations for the appliance dolly and furniture pads. .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI wouldn't recommend it to anyone, because the promotion they run says it rents for $19 a day, and for 5 hours I had to pay almost $100 and I only used it for 20 miles, including the return trip.

Hannah DProblem was not the location. The problem was U-Haul in general. 1) Reserved truck for one location near requirement- U-Haul changed to farther location. 2) The truck was the worst I have ever rented or purchased from U-Haul: a) Dashboard impossible to see due to location and blue configuration b) radio was a disaster when you are driving c) mechanically the trucked kept surging forward at every stoplight or stop- necessary to shift to neutral to avoid surging. U-Haul should remove this truck model from the fleet. My purchased 1992 F350 from U-Haul is much easier to drive and without all the complicated dashboard issues.
