micheal bPick up was fast and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and was on my way. Very helpful and went over all questions I had. Had 2 flat tires at the beginning of my trip. They were replaced and I was on my way again. Customer service was excellent and polite. Well mannered and funny. Got me through a stressful time. Very thankful for all the help and direction.
mike hI had booked an auto transport to be picked up in Kamloops where I needed to depart from. 2 days before I got a call from u haul saying I should drive to Barrier to pick up the trailer. Almost 2hrs round trip, wasting time. I do not understand why u haul let you book where you are looking for and then the item is not available in that place.
Ruben FWe were concerned with the pick p of our reservation. The U-Haul we ordered was 3 hours one way so 6 hours away. We were told we could have $50 in gas money which for a truck was nothing. In the end we needed to rent a smaller trailer. I have a 5 ton booked and was scared it would happen again. The woman from Edmontons head office was exception and is try to help us for our move mid September.
