GPS takes you to the wrong place and they charge you another $20 if you drop off after hours!!! Even though we dropped it off 2 days early!

Owner met me at location to help with return amazing service
Mike RCalled when I arrived and lady told me her hisband was on his way to meet me amd he would givd me the key and walk over the truck with me. After waiting 28 minutes and a third call to the lady, she finally gave me a code to the lockbox outside of the building to get the key. The description to the location stated it was a store, at was a closed old business. My reservation was changed three times, including Sat morning at 7am. When I called, the operator told me they would give me 129 free miles instead of 54 since the pickup up location was 22 miles from my home. When I returned the truck, I was charged $30 for fuel becaise my contact miles was never changed to 129 miles like I was told. If calls were recorded, it should be listened to. It's not fair or right. Not happy.

KEVIN SI called the dealer prior to the pick up on the number that was listed in the email. I picked up the trailer and was told to call on pick up and send two pictures. I called the number. There was no answer. It went to voicemail. I sent the two pictures to the number listed in the email. Later that afternoon I got a call from a number in South Florida, which I did not recognize so I treated it as a spam call then again later that afternoon my wife received a phone call from the owner of the tiki hut. She was hollering and screaming at my wife over the phone about the pick up. My wife brought the phone to me and then she hollered at me as well. I told her I sent the pictures to the number listed and she said that was not the correct number and gave me the number from South Florida to send the pictures too. She then called me back again at 8 o’clock in the evening asking if someone from this number had called her.The store that the trailer was at is not an open store. It is chained and barred shut and is out of business.The store that the trailer was at is not an open store. It is at the end of the street in the middle of a neighborhood that is in the middle of nowhere.
