Only issue was the "location" cookies need for online return; my mobile has that blocked from work while using web. One would expect if the renter open a contract at a location and agreed to return atbsame location there be an option to simply validate the correct location was the return point. Disappointed in the online return experience.
LOUIS WThe only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because I feel like the woman who works the uhaul is always “grumpy” or in a bad mood. She seems very short and unfriendly. I keep coming back though because they seem to always have a truck available and that’s awesome. Smile your business has to be doing well.

RAYMOND CHad difficulty unhooking the trailer and the business was closed at noon on a Saturday. Called the office Mgr but got no answer. Someone should be available when equipment is returned to assist senior citizens.
