Moving is frustrating and when we are working under time constraints we want the most efficient and prompt service. The elder attendant was left by himself and he was not well experienced with the procedures. The vehicle did not include the hand truck as part of the rental truck and it consumed alot of gas for an in-town move. If I had traveled out of town the gas expense would have been enormous. I have not received the monies credited back to my account yet from the rental returned November 30, 2023. I had scheduled the truck and the tow equipment, but only used the truck. I did not have Safe Move as part of my online reservation, but when I paid for the rental it was added to my fees.
