It's not easy to locate the desk where the U Haul operation is run out of. There are no signs. The truck was beyond old. Around 150,000 miles old. The strain on the engine was audible.PATRICK M.

Location was closed upon arrival. Had to strangely go to a grocery store across the street to speak with customer service to pick-up van. Also technology is a mess. Takes forever to book online and then the ridiculous follow-up call to actually book is insane. Then ended up having to pick-up at a location 20 minutes from where I selected.ANTHONYMICHAEL L.

Truck was not in a easy spot to get to meaning very tight to get out of another truck was behind mines not even a uhaul one.Also this location did not have any hand trucks which I had requested which made me late for my appointment. I had to try and work without it.I called uhaul and the closet location was 15 or more mins away over the bridge and in another county.Kenneth H.

Everything fine w service and providerâ€”the truck itself has an issue. Upon pick up and throughout rental a warning bell is activated and the message â€œright rear door is openâ€â€”this is accompanied by a sound like the locks unlocking and locking again â€”I tried repeatedly to close the rear doors and lock themâ€”they appeared to be secureâ€”but the warning bell and the sound of the door locks opening closing continued.Mick F.

BUT. Major issues with booking, online + phone help issues aplenty... phone agent double-booked after driver's license needed to be re-input leading to nightmare pickup problems..
