I will only be going to Sunset Mini Storage from now on. The.second I pulled up I felt like I could trust this company. The women at the front desk were the kindest and the entire process was so easy. This sounds weird, but going to get my Uhaul was the BEST part of my day that day. Easiest and most friendly staff ever!

We had some difficulty starting the truck several times, but it did start after several attempts. We determined that I may not have pressed hard enough on the brake pedal to get it to start. All worked out, and my move was completed without delay.

Martha dI originally placed pick at another location but they said truck not available but when I drove by there was the size of uhaul I requested but the Terrebonne uhaul was not bad and this was a good and fast process
