I was so impressed with the service at Sunset, and the office was absolutely charming and welcoming. Easy in and out, very efficient billing and directions on how to find the rental, and warm and welcome customer service. In fact, I almost forgot the dolly and the manager popped out quickly to let us know, very grateful to her for that!

The vehicle we rented was NOT in good running order. First we thought one of our headlights had burned out but it was just very, very dim. Not good since we were renting at night. Then we noticed the check engine light was on so worried the truck would quit running on us. Then we had problems starting the vehicle and were again worried about being stranded. Also, the inside of cab light didn't come on when the doors opened and there was no lighting in the cargo area. Since we were moving at night that was very challenging for us. This vehicle needs to be serviced!
Cathy WThe data I entered in the app was not available at the location so I had to completely check in again. They had my reservation but not the pictures of my driver's license, etc. The app is not intuitive and does not clearly indicate that your information has been submitted. Other than that, the service at the rental location was quick, easy, friendly, and helpful.
