Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer had dirt on the floor inside. It was raining and the trailer leaked badly. The dirt turned to all mud. I had to wash the inside of the trailer completely and reseal the corner molding prior to using the trailer. Notified U-Haul of the issues and they did nothing to try and rectify the issue
Scott KOvernight dropoff. No help needed.
MICHAEL HStaff was very friendly, helpful and efficient The truck was severely in need of maintenance, as there was apparently something wrong with the suspension. This does not seem to be the fault of the staff at the location, but a problem with the system for checking and verifying that trucks are in good working order. It was not noticable until I took the truck out on the highway.
Peter DThe staff was great and the truck in good condition. The problem was that after ordering the truck a month before, my pickup location was changed the night before. I had to drive 50 miles out of my way. That's not what I agreed to or paid for. This is the second time in a row they've made my drive a considerable distance from the pick up point I ordered originally.
