The Representative was new, which I understood that and had to call the Boss for certain questions. The new Representative had no one that was Training him onsite so it took alot longer for us to get our U-HAUL TRUCK. THIS U-HAUL did not open at the time stated.

Quick and easy pick up and drop off.great service
SIMON HTruck reserved for 9:00 am, arrived and there were no keys for truck. Had movers ready to put furniture on truck and had to wait 3 hours for one of us to drive approximately 30 miles each way to get key for truck we had reserved. U-Haul location was dirt and messey, was told the would be a $50.00 credit but did not receive, mileage was not correct and I was charged $75 extra dollars. Would love to talk to someone about my experience. 575-649-2795
CRISTIAN CI was unaware that there was a mileage limit on the rental. I probably should have read the rental agreement discloser closer to find the mileage limit, that’s on me. It would be helpful for the renting facility to let the customer know about the limit. Overall very happy!
