The people are shady and scummy asked for our number 4 times just to get it wrong and have the whole return process messed up. Will never come here again.

Ronald WMy complaint isn’t about the location but the service overall. I made a reservation at a different location, I was called the night before that I need a location change. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. I had also ordered a utility dolly and 2 furniture dolly’s. When I went to the new location, the guy was not notified of this need and did not have what I needed. So I had to go to a different location to get those. This shouldn’t be happening. Do better.
KIM PThis is my third or fourth time using this location, and I’ve always received excellent service. I would definitely come back here again.
