The pick up location for after hours pick up was on the side of a busy highway. My pick up time was at 7:30pm so it was dark outside. There was also no cellular service so I was unable to pick up the truck at the time I had scheduled. After hours pick up at this location is very dangerous and should not be allowed!!

Inside was a farm based hardware store with decades of grease and broken weed eaters. The employees were very nice and helpful.

DUANE CWas not happy because we drove UhAul there to drop off late the night before and gate was closed and locked and didn’t see a drop box and no where to leave big truck so we had to come home and go back again in morning just a waste of time and gas.
JEFFREY PI requested a trailer pick up at a location 1 mile from my house, UHaul moved my pickup to a site 8 miles from my house two days prior to the date. On my way to do the pickup they called to inform me that I needed to now pickup 15 miles the opposite direction. 30 miles round trip to pick up the trailer, 30 miles round trip to drop off the trailer. Doesn't make financial sense to do business with them. The actual place that had the trailer was great to work with, just not a great place for me.
