Location was fine, but I was told that I won't be reimbursed for the gas I put in the tank. It seems I was supposed to guess at the math when filling up the empty tank, and then return it empty like it was picked up. It felt like a scam, where if I return it with less gas than where it started (not possible in my case) I'd be charged, but if I bring it back with more gas I'm forced to just eat the loss. I put $200 of gas in the tank, brought it back with a half of a tank, and was told that was my fault and I won't be credited back. I would have syphoned the gas out of the truck right there and put it in my vehicle if I knew how your scam worked. I was also charged $100 more than the quote I received from the agent over the phone. I will never use U-Haul again.
