The online process to obtain my key was AWFUL! The site kept shutting down for “maintenanceâ€. The lady working at the location wasn't able to help much. I wasted an entire hour trying to get the key.

Make certain that there are no computer errors like what happened to me back on January 8th. Also know that the staff at the Hillside Drive location are good people who perform well when it comes to customer service.
