The only issue I had at all was the phone number listed needs to be updated. The “manager†was super great and extremely helpful. Will definitely use again.

Have the working phone number for the guy who runs the big lake location. We had to wait 45 minutes before we got the third and correct number. Terry was in no rush to get the paperwork filled out. It took about an hour and a half from the time we got there to the time we could finally leave.

It is the ONLY U-Haul for over 55 MILES. The only other Dealer for 30 miles at a Motel in Rankin,TX, that was very nice and KNEW what they were doing closed.

I had a 0900 Drop Off Appointment. We finally located the guy by phone at 0937. Still home and sounded like he was woke up. We dropped the Truck & Dolly and put the keys in the Drop Box that his neighbor showed us where it was. Equipment is at a different location than the Office. So we left the Equipment with the numerous other Units in a Fenced Lot about 1/4 mile away.

Be truthful and forthcoming when people inquire and request equipment rental. Be honest about equipment being available Or not. Do not offer to personally tow a car and then lie over the course of two days. Especially, when the initial inquiry did not suggest we needed any further assistance than the simple rental of the Car dolly to begin with.
