Offer more variety of packing supplies
Brendella CMy recommendation would be to figure out a new system for tire services. Either by adding a spare to trailers under lock and key or not advertising that help will be there in 90 minutes. I had two blowouts and both resulted in 3+ hour delays. At this locations the ladies inside worked hard and help me reserve a trailer, however neither of them could hook up a trailer or had any help there. Luckily I am use to hooking up trailers myself but the significance of this should've made me realize there is probably no maintenance happening on these trailers.
