MILTON RNo dolly in the truck Since there is nobody at this location, I had to drive 20 minutes to another location to get the dolly. They charged me $30 and made me bring the dolly back to that location. I was already charged $10 at the original location and would like both of these charges refunded. I went 40 minutes out of my way because they forgot. You overcharged me and put me out for the return of the equipment that you were supposed to provide
Charles GThe address was not where the truck was. The truck was behind a post office a quarter mile away. I had to call customer service to find it.
Grace PThis is my favorite location of all the U-Hauls I've ever rented
